Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.
Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

~~ Yes. We take you through the inner harbour, out the Western Channel and into the lake. Wait, there's more! We continue, all the way around the islands and into the outer harbour before re-entering the inner harbour via the Eastern Channel.
Q. What should I bring?
~~ If you're a photography buff, you'll want to bring your camera. Also sunscreen, water and sunglasses are always a good idea.
Q. Will I get wet?
~~ We strive to keep everyone dry and comfortable at all times.
Q. Who can ride the shark?
~~ The Shark has thrilled and entertained people of all ages and from all walks of life. But while it may not be a roller coaster, it can at times be a wild ride.
~~ RESTRICTIONS: The Shark is not appropriate for those who have heart conditions, back problems, or those who may be in the later stages of pregnancy.
Q. Can I wear a lifejacket?
~~ Sure! You'll find one under each and every seat. Although most passengers elect to leave it there, you're welcome to wear it or even just hold onto it.
