The Nith River is considered the best whitewater in Southern Ontario. This is an excellent splash adventure! During April to early May, enjoy a whitewater rafting trip through an amazing 15 km section of wilderness beauty. Rafting trips last 4-5 hours depending on river speed.

This river offers easy to moderate class I-II waves depending on the volume flows. This is a narrow high-cliff valley with a river of pools and swifts, a paddling adventure of wilderness solitude. The grand finale is rafting a 2 to 3 km section with splash, standing waves and water slides from the Nith River into the Grand River.

Summary: 72 HOURS MINIMUM ADVANCE BOOKING REQUIRED. Tour does not offer hotel pick-up or drop-off. Minimum of 2 people required for tour to operate. Rates are per person and in US dollars. Please reserve online, or call us toll-free at 888-811-9247. There is a $3.95 processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Upon arrival, you will be shuttled upstream. From upstream, you'll do a guided paddle back to their vehicles. The Rafts are top quality whitewater rafts made by Aire. They are self-bailing, multi chambered, stable & safe. These 5 meter rafts have floating floors that easily seat 6 people plus. They are like sitting around a big kitchen table. Enjoy the exciting rapids with plenty of time to explore the amazing Nith River!

Not Included:
Please bring your own snacks, water, and lunch. Coolers for food are provided.

What To Bring:
Sweater or jacket, hat, gloves, sunscreen, lip balm, sun glasses, camera, footwear that can get wet, insect repellant (even though there are few biting bugs while on the river). Also bring strings for those who wear glasses! Dress to strip down as you get warm. Nylon splash pants are recommended to wear over regular pants. No denim clothing please!

Tripper Lunch Add-On
The Tripper lunch is homemade by a local cater the morning of the event to ensure excellent freshness. This includes a large fresh wrap stuffed with your choice of turkey, beef, ham, chicken, veggie or Chicken Caesar, plus a homemade butter tart or large cookie, fruit and juice, soda, or water. A very generous wrap & dessert that fills! This is a delicious addition to your trip without the hassle of bringing your own accommodations!

The Nith is located 60-90 minutes from Toronto and Niagara Falls, just off the major 403 Highway.
