Take a hot air balloon ride over London Ontario for a magnificent view of the Forest City during your approximately one-hour flight.

You will see the Thames River, which flows through downtown London, and possibly secure views of the castle-like Middlesex County Court House and the gorgeous St. Peter's Cathedral Basilica.

The Thames River is the dominant feature in the London landscape. The North Thames and Thames rivers meet at the city's center known as "The Forks." The Fanshawe, Wildwood and Pittock Dams are located on the Thames River to limit its seasonal flooding. Much of the river is lined by deciduous Carolinian tree forests, which provide the city with its nickname of the Forest City.

Feel free to bring your camera, video camera or binoculars. However, please bring a case to protect them from being broken during landing. After landing, enjoy a champagne toast. The champagne toast is an age-old tradition following a safe hot air balloon ride.

**You must be at least age 10 to go on this tour. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Summary: TWO WEEKS MINIMUM ADVANCE BOOKING REQUIRED. Tour does NOT include hotel pick-up or drop-off. There is no child rate discount for this tour. Rates are per person in US dollars. Please reserve online, or call us toll-free at 888-811-9247. There is a $3.95 processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Please plan to be with the tour up to 4 hours in total to allow for check-in, travel to the launch location, safety briefing, set-up, pack-up after landing and the return drive to the original meeting location. Meeting times are between 5:00 am and 6:00 am for sunrise flights and between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm for sunset flights. Exact details will be reflected on your E-ticket. Approximate launch times are 6:30 am and 5:30 pm.

London is about 2 hours and 15 minutes and 121 miles (198 kilometers) southwest of Toronto.

IMPORTANT NOTES
~ When making your reservation, you will be asked to provide the full name, age and weight of each passenger. The weight MUST be accurate within 10 lbs. This is a matter of aircraft safety. The balloon pilot must accurately calculate weight and balance to ensure flight safety for all passengers.
~ Passengers MUST sign a Liability Waiver Form to make flight.
~ Ballooning is extremely weather dependent. There must be less than 10 knots of wind to balloon safely, and there must be no impending storms approaching. Safety is the main concern. The rides will be canceled due to weather conditions or other safety reasons, such as equipment malfunction, pilot illness or injury that could affect the flight's safety.
~ Although hot air ballooning is a safe activity, accidents, incidents and injury can occur. There is always a chance of potential injury, damage to personal property or, perhaps, death in an extreme situation.
~ Passengers MUST be in good physical condition because of possible rough landings. All passengers must be able to climb in and out of the basket, stand for the entire flight and walk out of a field, if necessary.
~ Those who have had recent surgery; injuries; hip, back or knee problems; health concerns; physical limitations; is or may be pregnant; or severe auditory restrictions will not be able to go up in the balloon.
~ Long pants, sleeves and solid footwear are recommended. It is recommended that you layer your clothing so that you may remove or add clothing for comfort. NO open-toed shoes, heels or sandals will be allowed.
